Job Overview

Ensuring the safety of all children is a fundamental aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the lead educator with instructional activities
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and individual needs
  • Ensure learning spaces are organized and secure
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive educational environment for all children
  • Assist children with special or unique requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Prior experience working with young children in a licensed educational setting or relevant college coursework in Early Childhood Education
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR, completion of a mandated child abuse prevention course, and background checks are required
  • Strong communication skills are essential
