Service Technician I Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician I to contribute to our property management team at a well-established apartment community. In this role, you will be instrumental in preparing vacant units for new residents and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property’s exterior and shared spaces.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance
  • Proficient in following both verbal and written directives
  • Able to work autonomously or collaboratively in a dynamic customer service environment
  • Willingness to work weekends and participate in an on-call emergency rotation
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) and a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification are preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Performing minor repairs and maintenance duties
  • Preparing vacant apartments to be move-in ready
  • Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the property grounds and communal areas
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by the Community Manager or Service Supervisor

Work Schedule:
Days: Monday – Friday

Must possess a valid Driver's License in the applicable state or be willing to obtain one within 60 days.
