We are seeking an experienced Senior Drainage Project Engineer to join our team in the Southwest Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data for inclusion in Project Plans and reports, using computer engineering software to design stormwater management and storm drain systems, and analyzing and designing hydrologic and hydraulic models for Transportation Improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities- Collecting and analyzing data for inclusion in Project Plans and reports
- Using computer engineering software to design stormwater management and storm drain systems
- Analyzing and designing hydrologic and hydraulic models for Transportation Improvement projects
- Permitting with different Regulatory and Water Management agencies
- Assisting and preparing project plans using the latest CADD software
- Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering (Master's in water resources fields a plus)
- Valid Professional Engineering Licensure (P.E.) preferred or the ability to acquire it within 6 months
- 10+ years of relative/progressive drainage/water resources and TxDOT experience
- Experience with MicroStation, Geopak, Civil3D, Storm CAD, ORD, ICPR, HEC-RAS, GIS and/or SUDA software
