Resumen del Puesto:

Como Analista Financiero, serás responsable de supervisar las transacciones financieras, mantener registros financieros precisos y garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas y regulaciones contables. Colaborarás estrechamente con otros departamentos para apoyar la planificación y análisis financiero, contribuir a la elaboración de informes financieros y asistir en los procesos de presupuestación.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Elaborar y mantener estados financieros e informes.
  • Gestionar los procesos de cuentas por pagar y cobrar.
  • Conciliar estados de cuenta bancarios y monitorear transacciones financieras.
  • Asistir en la preparación de declaraciones de impuestos y asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones fiscales.
  • Realizar auditorías internas y garantizar la adherencia a las políticas y procedimientos contables.
  • Apoyar los procesos de cierre mensual y anual.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos para recopilar datos financieros y proporcionar información útil.
  • Asistir en la preparación de presupuestos y pronósticos.
  • Realizar mantenimiento del libro mayor y conciliaciones de cuentas.
  • Asegurar la precisión y completitud de los registros financieros.

Calificaciones:

  • Título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas o un campo relacionado.
  • 1 año de experiencia en contabilidad.
  • Dominio de software contable (por ejemplo, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) y Microsoft Excel.
  • Fuerte comprensión de los principios y prácticas contables.
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
  • Atención al detalle y precisión en la elaboración de informes financieros.
  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectivas y capacidad para trabajar en colaboración en un entorno de equipo.
  • Certificación CPA o progreso hacia la certificación es un plus.
