Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lead Toddler Educator to join our team at Christian Schools of El Paso. As a Lead Toddler Educator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our toddler class, including planning and implementing curriculum, managing classroom activities, and providing a nurturing environment for our young learners.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design and implement curriculum for our toddler class, ensuring alignment with our school's values and mission.
  • Supervise and support other teachers and staff members in the toddler class, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute school-wide events and activities that foster a sense of community and connection among students and staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education, attending workshops and conferences as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool or daycare setting.
  • A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A passion for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
