Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting every visitor.
- Answer inquiries, help locate products, and guide customers during fitting sessions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stay informed about ongoing promotions and sales to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product range, including fits and materials.
- Familiarize yourself with the store layout and product placement for efficient customer assistance.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Represent the Dolls Kill brand by showcasing current merchandise through personal style.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by ensuring products are organized and the store environment is clean.
- Perform cleaning and organization tasks as directed by management before opening and after closing.
- Assist with additional projects as assigned by store leadership.
- Facilitate smooth and accurate transactions for customers.
- Acquire proficiency in the point-of-sale system to manage transactions effectively.
- Ensure all items sold are in pristine condition prior to completing sales.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Availability during weekdays and weekends.
