Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Manger to join our team at Spanset Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the construction, rigging, and lashing industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Competitive base salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Commission structure, with potential for high earnings based on performance.
