3. Formulate actionable recommendations to refine disclosures and enhance processes, effectively mitigating identified risks.
4. Conduct financial analyses and assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports.
5. Review peer disclosures to pinpoint reporting trends and areas for improvement.
6. Maintain existing schedules and reports, ensuring accuracy in information updates.
7. Document and refine report designs and processes to adapt to evolving business needs.
8. Participate in meetings regarding the New General Ledger Account to ensure alignment with SEC reporting requirements.

10. Support compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley documentation in relation to SEC filings.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is essential.
- A solid understanding of GAAP is preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, either in industry or public accounting.
- Proficiency in MS-Windows and related applications is required.
- A willingness to learn mainframe applications and automated data analysis tools is necessary.
- Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with all levels of personnel.
- Proven ability to utilize performance measurement tools and technology.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Sound judgment and logical thinking are essential.
