Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Registration and Compensation: Register Travel Agents to our Travel Partner Program and process compensation for mobility equipment at Las Vegas resorts.
- Commission Information: Coordinate commission information and liaise with accounting for accurate commission payments.
- Administrative Functions: Perform additional administrative functions to support the Reservation Agents.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, strong level of competency in Excel, excellent attention to detail, and data and customer service experience preferred in hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Software Knowledge: Knowledge of Inventory Management & Rental Software (Point of Rental experience preferred).
- Call Center Experience: Previous call center experience a plus.
- Flexibility: Able to work a flexible, changing schedule with regards to days and hours.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
