Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $300,000-$500,000 based on national averages for Adult Endocrinologists in the United States.

Job Summary

We are seeking a board-certified or eligible Adult Endocrinologist to join our growing team. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the development of our endocrinology fellowship program.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage adult patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid conditions, and hormone imbalances

• Conduct physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle counseling

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of our practice

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school

• Completion of an internal medicine or family medicine residency program

• Board certification or eligibility in endocrinology through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)

• Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Pennsylvania
