Buscamos individuos entusiastas y adaptables que apoyen a una clase de niños de diversas edades, desde infantes hasta preescolares (de 3 a 6 años), en un entorno Montessori.

En un ambiente Montessori, los guías (educadores) crean un entorno cuidadosamente preparado que fomenta la independencia y capta el interés de los niños. Proporcionan apoyo personalizado a cada niño, ofreciendo lecciones individuales y en grupos pequeños, enseñándoles a utilizar los materiales y realizar actividades, y brindándoles el lenguaje preciso para comprender sus experiencias.

Gracias a este entorno cuidadosamente preparado y al apoyo individualizado, los niños en una clase Montessori tienen una gran libertad para explorar y trabajar con los materiales de su elección durante el tiempo que deseen. Lo más importante es que este apoyo y los materiales ayudan a cada niño a desarrollar habilidades, confianza y una firme convicción de que son capaces.

Buscamos un Especialista en Apoyo que aporte lo mejor de sí para ayudar a cada niño a alcanzar su máximo potencial.

Responsabilidades Clave:
  • Observar a los niños de cerca para entender y satisfacer mejor sus necesidades.
  • Preparar un entorno hermoso y ordenado que fomente la independencia y la concentración.
  • Proporcionar lecciones individuales y en grupos pequeños para apoyar el desarrollo de cada niño.
  • Formar conexiones personales con cada niño y cultivar una comunidad de colaboración y respeto.
Candidatos Ideales:
  • Experiencia trabajando con niños de 0 a 6 años.
  • 3 créditos en Educación Infantil o disposición para obtenerlos.
  • Certificación EEC (preferido).
  • Capacidad para trabajar bien con otros adultos.
  • Enfoque de crecimiento y resolución de problemas.
