This role requires a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar capacity, with a strong focus on customer service, leadership, and communication. Proficiency in EMR systems is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise front desk staff in Plymouth and Quincy
- Manage administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
- Coordinate patient appointments and schedules
- Supervise patient registration, insurance verification, and billing processes
- Maintain strict patient and physician confidentiality
- Collaborate with Practice Manager to achieve departmental objectives
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a senior administrative role
- EMR system proficiency
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience
