Offshore Construction Supervisor

**Job Summary**

ALLISON OFFSHORE SERVICES LLC is seeking a highly skilled Offshore Construction Supervisor to lead our construction team in the Gulf of Mexico. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe execution of offshore construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of skilled craftsmen, including welders, fitters, crane operators, and riggers, in the execution of offshore construction projects.
  • Coordinate daily work tasks and ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct audits of Safety, Health, and Environmental Processes, and ensure that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Manage tool house inventory and materials management for job scope.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor in offshore construction.
  • Extensive experience in welding, fitting, or other offshore construction skilled trades.
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
  • Experience in conducting job scopes and preparing pricing for customer projects.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products for reporting and correspondence.

**Certifications and Qualifications:**

A valid TWIC card is mandatory. Qualified candidates must be able to successfully complete the required pre-placement physical exam, lift capacity evaluation, pre-employment drug and alcohol test, and successfully enroll in DISA.
