Purchasing Specialist Role at Pollo Campero

As a key member of our team, the Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for managing all purchasing processes in a timely and orderly manner according to defined systems and policies. This includes ensuring compliance with corporate policies in local purchasing processes to streamline operations and minimize risks.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with delivery dates, quantities, prices, and characteristics of the goods or services in the purchase order according to the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
Perform maintenance on purchase orders and follow up on invoice presentation by suppliers to complete the purchasing cycle and ensure accurate accounting records.
Manage advances, urgent payments, and invoice blocking for suppliers as necessary to maintain proper control over supplier payments.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
Knowledge of purchasing, client negotiations, and inventory monitoring.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Results-oriented.
Familiarity with purchasing technologies and management tools.

Pay Range:
USD $65,000.00 - USD $68,000.00 /Yr.
