Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Northwest Texas Healthcare System. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the care and well-being of our patients. Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of the Plan of Care for patients
  • Perform clinical skills based on specific patient populations
  • Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assure patient rights and safety concerns are identified and addressed
  • Support an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practice the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups
  • Provide transportation for Partial Hospital patients and attend to their needs
Requirements
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association and maintain certification throughout employment
  • Must possess one of the following:
    • 2 years' experience providing patient care
    • EMT Certification
    • Medical Assistant Certification
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
