Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to nursing practice standards within the specialty area.
- Supervise and direct the activities of licensed and unlicensed staff during assigned shifts.
- Utilize independent judgment to optimize patient care delivery and resource management.

Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or a compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Preferred experience in Cardiac and Telemetry nursing.
