Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to support our High Reliability Center at SynQor. As an integral member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining production equipment, ensuring its proper operation, and supporting product troubleshooting and failure analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain production equipment, including daily checks and preventative action, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering personnel to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Support product troubleshooting and failure analysis as needed.
  • Track equipment up-time and performance, performing maintenance and repair tasks as required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes and manufacturing improvement teams.

Requirements:
  • Associates Degree in Electronics or related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and documentation practices.
  • Proficiency in working from schematics, drawings, and verbal instructions.
  • Familiarity with power, analog, and digital hardware, as well as test circuit and fixture design.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within a Hi-Tech environment.
  • Knowledge of ATE, hi-pot, burn-in, temp cycle, and other electrical and environmental test equipment.
  • Experience working to mil specs.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
