Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' biophysical, psychosocial, and environmental needs to develop individualized care plans.
- Utilize empathetic and culturally sensitive approaches to support patient dignity and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to prioritize patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and modify plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current RN license in the state of Illinois.
- Preference for 2+ years of specialty experience in oncology nursing.
- BLS/ACLS certification required.
