The RNIII is a skilled nurse with in-depth knowledge of patient management, able to adapt to unplanned events and respond with efficiency and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Anticipate and address potential problems to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Support less experienced staff in managing complex patient situations.
  • Model safe and effective use of medical devices in patient care.
  • Evaluate and implement safety strategies to minimize risk.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in nursing (ADN).
  • Current state of Illinois Registered Nursing License.
  • ACLS certification for ICU, Telemetry, Med/Surg, Endoscopy, PACU, IR, and ED within 3 months of hire.
  • Ability to walk throughout the medical center and stand/walk for most of the designated shift.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in oncology nursing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
