Recovery Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time Recovery Coach to join our team at Monte Nido Rain Rock in Springfield, OR.

About the Role

As a Recovery Coach, you will play a key role in supporting clients through their recovery journey. You will provide support and intervention consistent with the client's treatment plan, engage clients in developing healthy connections with others, and assist with food preparation and meal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support and intervention consistent with the client's treatment plan
  • Engage clients in developing healthy connections with others
  • Assist with food preparation and meal supervision
  • Conduct rounds and provide observations
  • Occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments and activities
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of post-high school education, preferably in Psychology. Experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desired, and a valid state-issued Driver's License with a safe driving history is required.
