About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance USA, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers from all walks of life. Your primary responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You will handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service through active listening. You will work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively, aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive. You will also communicate with customers appropriately and work in a collaborative and engaging environment.

Requirements

Proficient in Spanish and English
6 months customer service experience minimum
Over 18 years of age
Ability to type 25 wpm
High School Graduate or GED
Comfort with desktop computer system
Proven oral & written communication skills
Logical problem-solving skills
Availability to work various shifts
Ability to use Windows operating systems
Organization and work prioritization skills
