Key Responsibilities

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Provide counsel and strategic support to the CEO on clinical operations, including policy formulation.
  • Collaborate with the Senior HR Director to enhance clinician engagement and retention strategies.
  • Partner with HR leadership to optimize recruitment and credentialing processes, ensuring adequate staffing and compliance.
  • Engage with senior leadership to effectively manage Employee Benefits and Workers' Compensation Programs.
  • Lead the organization’s Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) initiatives and maintain necessary recognitions.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to uphold HRSA Federally Qualified Designation and Joint Commission Accreditation.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships through effective communication with leadership, staff, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Active Medical Doctor License in Florida
  • Board Certification in relevant specialty
  • At least 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership capacity
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage across all organizational levels
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities
  • Commitment to a strong work ethic and excellent customer service
