Job Title: Dental Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at NHOMS PLLC. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our oral surgeons and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist chairside during a variety of dental surgical procedures, maintaining a high level of proficiency and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments, adhering to strict hygiene standards and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, CDC, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations, creating a safe and secure environment for patients and staff.
  • Capture high-quality radiographic images and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including pre-operative and post-operative instructions, to enhance the overall experience and recovery.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma and reliable transportation required.
  • Demonstrated motivation to learn and a genuine passion for healthcare and direct patient care.
  • Previous experience in dental or oral surgery preferred, showcasing a solid foundation in dental assisting.
  • Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus, demonstrating adaptability to dental practice management tools.
