About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist-Customer Service Representative at Texas Truck Center. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing daily tasks, and supporting our sales and administrative teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Front desk duties, including greeting customers, switchboard operation, and handling walk-ins
  • Preliminary customer interviews to assess their needs and preferences
  • Inventory administration, including maintaining accurate records and updating the customer relations database
  • Production of temporary Buyers Tags and uploading truck photos, specifications, and documents to the cloud
  • Coordination of transportation and warranty work, as well as outside vendor repairs
  • Support for sales and administrative staff in various administrative functions and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
  • A positive attitude, open communication style, and high initiative
  • High school diploma and 3-4 years of relevant experience

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
