Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living LLC. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and ensuring their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Implement Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Lead and Collaborate: Supervise and train caregivers to ensure they are providing the highest level of care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Monitor and Evaluate: Continuously monitor resident care and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans. Make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate with residents, families, and team members in a kind, respectful, and effective manner.
  • Champion Hospitality: Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors, embodying the New Perspective Senior Living LLC commitment to hospitality.
Requirements
  • A current and unencumbered LPN license
  • Strong computer skills and ability to interact with electronic devices
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
