About the Role
The Amazon Fresh Grocery team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Instock Manager to join their team in Seattle, WA. This is a field-based role that requires onsite presence across North America.
As an Instock Manager within Amazon Fresh Grocery, you will play a critical role in overseeing supply chain and inventory management. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer experience and our overall cost to serve. Your leadership will extend domestically across our physical store channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation to determine optimal instock treatment

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science
- Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience working with complex data sets
- 5+ years of with Excel experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering results by partnering with and influencing others
- Experience leading process improvement, systems development, and project management
- Experience with SQL
