Qualifications

Required:

  • A minimum of three years of verified experience as a service technician.
  • Proficient in diagnosing late model vehicles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in automotive diagnostics.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a BMW or European automotive service environment.
  • Formal education or training specific to BMW systems.
  • Familiarity with coding and computer tuning.
  • Knowledge of ISTA and Autologic tools.
  • Previous leadership or managerial roles.
  • ASE certification(s) are a plus.
