Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our harvest cellar team as seasonal interns. As a harvest cellar intern, you will play a critical role in the winemaking process, working closely with our experienced winemaking team to ensure the highest quality wines.

Responsibilities

  • Fruit receiving and processing
  • Juice/wine additions and monitoring fermentations
  • Pump overs/punch downs and cleaning of tanks and equipment
  • Washing/prepping/filling barrels on stillage and digging out fermenters
  • Assisting with lab analysis and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and team player attitude
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and prior cellar/harvest experience a plus

Compensation

The projected hourly pay range for this position is $17 to $20 per hour. Compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as candidate qualifications, related experience, and education.
