Position Overview

The Civil Grading Supervisor will:
  • Oversee and lead a grading team executing fine grading tasks in alignment with project timelines and financial plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality and progress of work performed.
  • Support project management in ensuring compliance with project specifications and designs.
  • Possess the capability to operate various construction machinery, including backhoes, dozers, and graders, effectively and safely.
  • Adhere to site grading and operational plans, interpret grade stakes, and function in a medium to fine grading environment.
  • Exhibit reliability, self-motivation, and a strong focus on task completion.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the Civil Grading Supervisor role should possess:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction, including site work, land development, grading, and utilities.
  • Proficiency in various construction software applications.
  • Strong communication skills.
