POSITION SUMMARY

We are in search of a skilled individual to join our Food and Beverage division. This role entails general dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness in the dining and banquet areas, which may encompass but is not limited to dishware, glassware, cups, utensils, floors, equipment, etc. Additionally, the position is cross-trained to assist with food preparation as directed by the supervisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure overall cleanliness and maintenance within the kitchen, coolers, freezers, and storage spaces.
  • Facilitate the sanitary operation of the dishwashing machine, ensuring consistently clean and hygienic dishware, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
  • Understand and utilize the proper operation of the dishwashing machine, including monitoring temperatures and chemical levels.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. A general understanding of kitchen operations is required, with some mechanical aptitude being advantageous.
