Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a skilled School-Based Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position will involve working with students in a K-12th grade setting, providing speech therapy services to support their communication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure seamless integration of speech therapy services into the educational setting
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and weaknesses
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
Requirements
  • Active or pending Wisconsin state SLP license
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Previous school experience preferred, but not required
