Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Lead Position

Empower Workplace Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead our ABA team in a clinic-based setting. As a Lead Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing and overseeing ABA programming for clients aged 18 months to 6 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide BACB supervision to candidates according to board standards
  • Administer assessments to clients entering ABA services within a designated timeframe
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and in collaboration with the family and other treatment team members
  • Monthly client progress analysis for review with treatment team
  • Complete FBAs and Functional Analyses
  • Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families, in accordance with HIPAA and County, State, and Federal Regulations
  • Uphold BACB ethical code
  • Complete billing, documentation, trainings, and supervision within specified timeframes
  • Meet productivity targets for billable service delivery
  • Comply with organizational policies and procedures
  • Complete all required annual trainings, and maintain professional competence and skills via training, continuing education, and supervision
  • Provide Telehealth services
  • Train and provide supervision and support to RBTs, LBs, and BCBAs as assigned
Requirements:
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Must be licensed in PA as a behavior specialist, psychologist, or social worker
  • Current and valid CPR and First Aid certification
  • Current clearances
  • 2 years' experience working with clients aged 2-6 years with ASD diagnosis
  • Current credentialing with insurance carriers preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of ABA and interventions relevant to ASD
  • Experience completing Functional Analysis (FA) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
