About Our Tax Team

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Tax Leader to join our tax team in Pottsville, PA.

As a Senior Tax Leader, you will oversee and manage tax compliance, planning, and reporting activities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee tax compliance for clients
  • Provide strategic tax planning advice
  • Conduct financial analysis to optimize tax strategies
  • Collaborate with clients to address tax-related queries
  • Stay updated on tax laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax compliance, planning, and accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
  • Experience with tax provision software and ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
