Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Overview: At Hire Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team.

Education and Experience:

  • We require graduation from an approved two-year respiratory therapist program.
  • A minimum of 1-year full-time experience as a Certified Respiratory Therapist in an acute care setting is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • You must be able to maintain confidentiality and adapt to multiple and changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and customer service skills are also required.

License and Certification:

  • Licensure by the District of Columbia Health Regulation is mandatory.
  • Licensure as a RRT Registered Respiratory Therapist and certification by NBRC are also required.
  • BLS Basic Life Support for Health Care Professionals certification is necessary.
