Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial capacity within a manufacturing context.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and presenting financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
