We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at FDIHB. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various medical procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative leadership to CRNA staff regarding anesthesia care and patient safety.
- Supervise and mentor CRNA staff to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement quality improvement programs to enhance anesthesia care and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other hospital services to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in peer review and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of anesthesia care.
- Develop and manage budgets for anesthesia services.
- Recruit, select, and train CRNA staff to meet the needs of the department.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and tribal regulatory agency requirements.
- Three (3) years of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
- Completion of an American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) accredited program.
- Active National Board Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (NBCRNA) certification.
- Unrestricted Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist license in any U.S. State or Territory.
- Valid Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Enrolled member of the Navajo Nation or other federally-recognized Indian tribe.
