Job Overview

Lynx Technology Partners, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering training on the Asite platform to end users, monitoring support emails and voicemails, and resolving problems or taking appropriate action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Support: Deliver training on the Asite platform to end users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use the platform.
  • Issue Resolution: Monitor support emails and voicemails, and resolve problems or take appropriate action to ensure timely and effective support.
  • Data Analysis: Gather, organize, and analyze large internal and external data sets to provide insights for management.
  • Data Entry and Clean-up: Assist with data entry and clean-up in Asite, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Dashboard Development: Assist with developing interactive dashboards of Asite data in Power BI, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or 5 years relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent PowerPoint skills. Advanced level of MS Access and/or Excel, including advanced formulas, VBA, macros, and data tables. Working knowledge of SharePoint and MS Teams.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills. Ability to handle a high-pressure environment and prioritize urgent requests.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Helpdesk Experience: Previous helpdesk experience is preferred.
  • Document Management Platform: Experience working in a document management platform is strongly preferred.
  • Asite Proficiency: Proficient in Asite is a plus.
  • SQL Knowledge: Proficient in SQL is a plus.
