Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Caregiver Development Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for caregivers, including recruiting new staff, processing referrals, providing technical support, and managing scheduling within the EMR system.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing caregivers.
  • Assess training needs and create materials to address those needs.
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions and workshops to ensure continuous professional development.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the POP's team to develop job descriptions, post job openings, and manage the recruitment process for new caregivers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training, educational or caregiving role.
  • Strong knowledge of caregiving practices, safety protocols, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using EMR systems and other relevant technology.
