We are seeking a highly skilled Health Care Technician I to join our team at Central Regional Hospital in Butner, NC. As a Health Care Technician I, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the hospital's mission to provide exceptional healthcare services to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients and perform basic nursing care within the scope of a nursing aide (assistant)
  • Obtain vital signs and assist patients with activities of daily living
  • Maintain level of observations of patients as ordered and use therapeutic communication
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment and perform other duties as delegated by and completed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse

Requirements:

  • High school or General Educational Development diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Listing as a Nurse Aide I by the North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulation
  • Valid driver's license
