  • Team Leadership: Supervise teacher assistants and classroom volunteers, ensuring they follow planned activities and maintain appropriate hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards, and lead by example, encouraging teaching team success through modeling and coaching.
  • Communication: Maintain frequent communications with parents through informal discussions, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in their child's educational journey.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, forms, and files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and center policies.
  • Professional Development: Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement, staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of Child Development: Possess a deep understanding of children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development, and be able to apply this knowledge in the classroom.
  • Effective Communication: Be able to communicate effectively with children and adults, using clear and concise language to convey ideas and instructions.
