Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Team Members to join our team at American Foods Group, LLC. As a Production Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of specialized tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Properly use tools and equipment to perform tasks, including knives, hooks, and other specialized equipment.
  • Perform physical tasks that require upper body strength and constant repetitive movements.
  • Stand on hard surfaces for extended periods and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Comply with all food safety policies and regulations.
  • Adhere to all safety and housekeeping processes and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
  • Work and collaborate with a diverse work population.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to work in a variety of work temperatures, including warm, hot, humid, cold, wet, or with slippery surfaces at varied heights in and around moving equipment and parts with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Must be able to perform the job duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Ability to work extended scheduled hours, Monday through Saturday, with daily overtime as required.
  • Must be able to successfully complete training in safety, food safety, and other relevant areas.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior harvest or fabrication experience in a USDA-inspected beef, pork, or poultry facility.
  • Prior production experience.
  • Work history in the last 12 months.
