Autism Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Autism Specialist to join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Arizona. As a Field-Based BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and maintaining communication with families and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough behavioral assessments to identify treatment goals and objectives.
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans that promote positive outcomes.
- Supervise and train RBTs to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality services.
- Maintain regular communication with families and other service providers to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
- Uphold ethical standards and comply with all relevant policies and procedures.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, to attract and retain top talent. Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- BCBA certification in good standing.
- At least one year of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a center-based setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
