Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field-Based BCBA to join our team. This role involves conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments to identify areas of strength and need.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality services.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with families and other service providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (Master's preferred)
  • BCBA certification in good standing
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a center-based setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
