Experienced Preschool Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience. As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a welcoming and engaging classroom space that fosters learning and growth.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with their unique needs.
- Develop young minds and inspire a love of learning using a growth mindset.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues.
- Support the center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
- Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
- Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or a related degree (preferred) or a High school diploma/GED (required).
