Job Summary
As a Best Buy Inventory Integrity Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our store's inventory. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the inventory integrity process from end to end, ensuring accurate and timely inventory counts.
- Complete daily inventory tasks as assigned, including data collection and analysis.
- Communicate and coach store employees and leadership on the importance of inventory integrity and process gaps.
- Identify and address high shrink categories, working with leadership to resolve root causes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to lift or maneuver pounds, with or without accommodations.
