Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the inventory integrity process from end to end, ensuring accurate and timely inventory counts.
  • Complete daily inventory tasks as assigned, including data collection and analysis.
  • Communicate and coach store employees and leadership on the importance of inventory integrity and process gaps.
  • Identify and address high shrink categories, working with leadership to resolve root causes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift or maneuver pounds, with or without accommodations.
