Classic Collision Inc is seeking an experienced Auto Parts Coordinator to join our team. As an Auto Parts Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of parts to our repair teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Parts Verification: Verify and distribute parts in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to our center procedures.
  • Parts Receipt and Distribution: Check in, tag, and distribute parts immediately upon receipt or by 9am for overnight deliveries.
  • Parts Quality Control: Verify correct parts with mirror match.
  • Parts Delivery: Distribute parts to Parts Carts/Containers and deliver to workstations.
  • Parts Tracking: Post and scan parts, return and re-order incorrect or damaged parts, and track incomplete order status.
  • Parts Organization: Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
Requirements:
  • Age and Driver's License: Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone, and in-person.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and general parts knowledge preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
