Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Application Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Application Engineer, you will be responsible for working with customers to understand their automation needs and providing solutions using our AI-powered robotic vision software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to customer locations to provide onsite assistance and support.
  • Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and engineering teams to define customer problems and present possible solutions.
  • Develop and present detailed technical proposals and presentations to customers.
  • Work with customers to ensure successful implementation of our solutions.
  • Communicate customer feedback and experience to our engineering team to inform product development.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in automation, mechatronics, controls, or a related field.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as mechatronics, systems design, or controls.
  • Working knowledge of robotics, machine controls, automation principles, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
