Warehouse Order Picker Job Description

At Uline, Inc., we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker to join our team. As a Warehouse Order Picker, you will play a critical role in compiling and shipping orders efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and ship orders independently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Progress in your warehouse career to increasingly more independent and advanced roles, including opportunities to get certified on multiple pieces of industrial equipment.
  • Contribute to our industry-leading warehouse safety record by adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Report to the Warehouse Management Team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
  • Attention to detail and good time management skills.
  • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
