Job Summary

Medline Industries, LP is a leading supplier of medical, surgical, and pharmaceutical products to hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare facilities.

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating machinery to move materials around the facility for shipping, processing, and receiving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and organize materials at the warehouse
  • Fulfill customer orders by reading production schedules and order forms
  • Locate and gather products for distribution to production workers, assembly lines, or shipping areas
  • Assemble, build, wrap, sort, and transport customer orders
  • Operate hand trucks, carts, forklifts, and other equipment to transport items
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English with proficiency
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Basic keypunch skills
  • Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, and lift for extended periods daily
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours per day for up to 6 days a week
  • High sense of urgency
  • Flexibility to work mandatory overtime based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 1-3 months related experience and/or training

The anticipated salary range for this position is $28.25 hourly. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
