Key Responsibilities:


The Barback is tasked with ensuring that the bartender is equipped with the necessary supplies to deliver outstanding service in the Concessions area.


  • Daily stocking of bar supplies and replenishing ice bins as required.
  • Proactively anticipate the needs of the bar staff throughout the shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
  • Arrive on time and be prepared to commence work as scheduled.
  • Familiarize yourself with the work area and set up as instructed.
  • Adhere to the operational standards as outlined in the policy manual.
  • Ensure that prompt and quality service is consistently delivered.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet service standards.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service protocols, and guest interaction.
  • Capable of multitasking in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English to communicate with guests.
  • Able to lift and transport items weighing between 10-30 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work during all events, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must possess sufficient mobility to perform tasks such as reaching, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Experience of 2-3 years in a fast-paced bar, upscale club, or restaurant setting is preferred.
Maintain safe work practices, comply with all safety policies and regulations, and complete any required safety training.

Compensation:
$16.28/hr. AEG offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees, including retirement savings plans like 401(k). Eligibility for part-time or seasonal benefits is subject to company policies and legal requirements.
